Match Report
Guildford Grammar School Boys 9B vs  Trinity College
On: Friday, 15 Mar 2019
Venue: Away

The team started the fixture with a wonderful display of professionalism and unity as they got ready and warmed up as a team in preparation for the arrival of Trinity. Many of the early sets were clear Trinity victories but individuals dug deep and made their competition work harder in the second sets. Going into the second round of matches GGS were trailling by 19. Despite strong performances from Draven Andrews-Clarke and Vince Riggio and from Ben Ferguson they were unable to make up the difference.

This week the 3G Award goes to Ben Ferguson and Angus McFadyen. Not only did they step up from Year 8 to Year 9 for this match, doing so willingly and with enthusiasm, but they also won their doubles match, a fine achievement for these developing athletes.
